That is if you don't want to have to pay for the hotel to iron your stuff for you.
The hotel is a 10 min drive into Palma and normally costs between 7.
Other niggling things were the endless insipid piano medley of well known hits that was on a 10 minute loop in all the bars and the smallest and worst selection of pay movies I’ve ever seen in a hotel, which were like everything highly priced.
Super location , wonderful ambience so would be happy to stay there again.
Good views of the city you feel you are in a semi-rural location, food is excellent.
Apparently this is the best hotel in Majorca according to the Spaniards we spoke to outside the hotel such as taxi drivers.
If not, then a taxi to Palma is around 10 euros.
Our room was very spacious and luxurious -- if cozy/comfy beds, bed linens and towels are your thing you will definitely not be disappointed.
The room was pretty big- about 700sq feet (we got sea view guest room with king bed).
The bed was really comfortable and we had a huge tub.
The rooms are great, bed is huge and even had a menu with a choice of about 9 different pillows you could have to sleep on.
Our room was big, with a lovely large bed.
Restaurant service in evenings rather hit and miss but lovely fresh fruit and wonderful breakfasts with everything you could imagine.
We ate in the restaurant for most of our meals.
So if you want to visit the shops, bars restaurants etc then it's not far or expensive to visit.
Found the children in the restaurant after 10pm off-putting, as the restaurant ambience, staff and food deserved a better environment than children crying and adults fretting!
A car recommended if you want to visit the island, but if its a relaxing week your after, a taxi to get you into Palma to sample the night life and visit the many restaurants would be sufficient.
Lastly, while most of the service staff was very nice and helpful, the staff behind the front desk needs some polishing.
Upon arriving the reception staff were very helpful and promptly did the checkin procedure and confirmed FREE golf reservations at the 3 golf courses located here.
Loved the pool service, concierge is the best, my husband loved the cigar bar.
The staff pay great attention to detail and remember things for the rest of the stay which lets face it is not something you get with customer service in most hotels.
All in all I would recommend this hotel for all golfers who want to play awesome golf and them come back to soak in the spa before heading out for a nice terrace drinks with a view of Palma and a dinner with super wine selection.
Pool big enough, so as not to feel hemmed in.
The next day my husband and I both had a massage with aromatherapy oils "fantastic" in the lovely peaceful Spa - do try this when you go, you won't be disappointed.
The room was very comfortable, luxuriously appointed with free wireless internet and fresh fruits.
