Good room and staff is always kind.

This is a hotel go-to for Campos do Jordao! Everything is perfect, greatly enjoyed my time here. The location of the property is nice, very close to the mountain as well as the castle and rooms. Again, it's located within 5 minutes' drive from Saint John Monastery.

Loved every detail about my peaceful 2 nights stay here. Pool area was perfect for breakfast. I had the a double room, it was good. The staff was kind, helped with every request. Location: the hotel was near to a mountain.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they really went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the sitting area and the garden furniture available to us. The free toiletries provided in the bathroom were a nice bonus, and the television and AM/FM alarm clock kept us entertained. we were extremely satisfied with the quality of service and amenities provided by this hotel.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the heated swimming pool. The hotel's location, nestled in the mountains, offered stunning views of the surrounding area. the staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Although the hotel had a beautiful marble floor, it made the room uncomfortably cold. The hotel's location required us to navigate potentially unsafe areas, especially at night.

The breakfast was decent and the view from the hotel was quite beautiful. The hotel had a fantastic heated pool, and the rooms were quite spacious. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it allowed us easy access to walk around and explore the surroundings.

We found the service quite poor. While the atmosphere was good, the staff wasn't very professional.
