The location was perfect because was on a main road close to Metromall, only downsides were the windows didnt open so got quite musky in there after a long stay and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Good location fairly close to a Skytrain station, friendly and multi-language staffs make our stay very happy.

Free Underground Parking, location is accessible to all and nice place for the amount of money.

Great location skytrain only took 10 mins into the city and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice views on mountains, secured underground parking was a great facility and had free secure parking so was safe to leave the car at the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, free breakfast even I did not take advantage of amenities.

The staff was helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable.

The room was moderately clean, but since I also own a small hotel, I was surprised at the old soap left in the tub and the dirt between tub tiles and around the floor by the walls.

Nothing fancy just good value, staff was very courteous and helpful, i liked the room had a fridge.

The room was immaculate and was cleaned to perfection every day.

The hotel is located close to transport and restaurants.

Continental breakfast was mediocre at best.

There is a very good fish and chip shop, called Seahorse Fish and Chips, one hundred yards down the street, and a very good bakery up the street, called Joyce Bakery.

Lovely reception staff and spacious Room.

Ninety dollars seem a reasonable price and front desk staff Very helpfull.

Were very helpful in answering our questions about the city and the staff were extremely accommodating.

The staff are all very professional as well as very helpful.

Were very helpful in answering our questions about the city and the staff were extremely accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.

Free Underground Parking, location is accessible to all and nice place for the amount of money. Ninety dollars seem a reasonable price and front desk staff Very helpfull.

Nice views on mountains, secured underground parking was a great facility and had free secure parking so was safe to leave the car at the hotel. The staff was polite, the beds were also really comfy and sauna were dated. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best.

I was a little disappointed i found out was 25 min on the sky train was a 10 min walk away and the designated area in the lobby was too small.

They knew the area very well, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we were able to storeour bikes in the rooms were big.

Good location near the Sky-train and the place is not as bad as someone describes. The staff are wonderful.

Rooms are very poor, don't go to the free breakfast expecting to much.

Sky train is a long walk away and the well functioning of offered services is the minimum I think. Other then a 4 inch window opening.

Very good to recepetividade of the hotel staff and hot tub/sauna.

Bad region in town, so that's just wastage of money and the towels were small. Breakfast finished at 9.30am so was missed.
