Visited this hotel a few months ago and found it to be excellent.
Quiet location even close to station, the room is large in European standard.
Good location and hotel staff also very helpful.
Good location, very near the train station and we recomend the spanish restaurant Bolero of the hotel you can enjoy spanish specialities cooked by a Spanish chief.

You will reach the old part of Luyern & some fine restaurants in a 5 min walk from this hotel e in 5 min you are near the lake, the staff in the reception is very friendly and helpful, they also tried very hard to accommodate us because the room smelled from past tourists.
I think the price was a bit to high and the staff was courteous.
