We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, right in the very center of the ancient town. We were able to easily walk to the main square and explore all the nearby attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. They even offered room service and laundry service, which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and a lovely patio where we could relax. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a small heater to keep us warm during the cold nights. we had a fantastic experience at this place and would recommend it to everyone.

By and large, it was ideal place for sightseeing in San Cristobal de las Casas, had much fun. There is restaurant Vida Mia at the premises. Worth its 4 stars.

Beautiful place, close to Zocalo

I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and charm of this hidden gem in San Cristobal. The hotel is just a short walk from Zocalo, making it very convenient to explore the city. The rooms, though not spacious, are stylishly furnished and the small gardens and courtyards add a lovely touch. The hotel restaurant, located just across the street, serves delicious meals. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

Centrally located just off the pedestrian street and near the centre of this city. The hotel has an exquisite design with beautiful outdoor areas. Staff was extremely helpful and provided recommendations for must-see places. Room was exceptionally spacious with very comfortable beds.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just off the pedestrian street and close to the town centre. It's perfect for evening arrivals as it is down a narrow street. The rooms are small but cozy, with comfortable beds and the best shower I've had in ages. The buffet breakfast offered a reasonable selection of hot and cold food. The hotel exudes old world charm with its classic Spanish colonial architecture and three intimate courtyards.

The lack of service at the hotel can be disappointing, so don't expect much assistance or English-speaking staff.
