The CasaSur Art Hotel is a charming boutique hotel conveniently placed in the Recoleta district of Buenos Aires, next to the Alvear Palace, the Recoleta Cemetery and several shops and restaurants. The hotel Casasur is the only property in Buenos Aires that belongs to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World - a collection of over 500 hotels in 70 countries.

CasaSur Art Hotel’s unique location in the heart of the distinguished Recoleta area, on Callao Avenue, between Quitana and Alvear Avenues, allows its guests to enjoy luxurious Art Galleries, Recoleta Cultural Center, well known commercial centers, green areas, numerous theaters and of course Opera. Recoleta is a fantastic area for both shopping and quiet stroll through parks and museums of Buenos Aires. There numerous top-notch restaurants, which serve Italian dishes and specialty, surf and turf. In addition, the Colón Theatre and The Obelisk are both 1km kilometer away.

Getting there.

Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport is 35 km away from the city center and you can use either local route bus or a taxi to get to the hotel. There are check-in counters of municipal taxis not far from the exits of two airport terminals, where you can learn about tariffs. The road will take around 45 min. City buses leave from the stations near the terminals as well.

Getting around.

The CasaSur hotel is just 10 min walk from the Buenos Aires Subway station Retiro, while the bus service is also available within walking distance at the same Retiro Station.

  We liked the staff very much, comfortable beds and for a very tasty lunch. The wine bar well stocked.

  Not too great value, the street Casasur is on is a fairly busy street and since my Spanish is very limited.

  Perfect location and very modern hotel. Lovely home away from home and awesome interior decoration. The staff were helpful and rooms were comfortable. The toaster did little more than warm up, towels were luxurious and the food actually was quite tasty.

  Wonderful location and great place. Beds style as the recognized heavenly beds at westin and exceptional service. Bathroom is really modern, the spa/jacuzzi facilities are a bit simple as well and afternoon tea is a nice option. Manager that could not be more helpful.

  Great location, wonderful, comfortable hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is amazing, spa has a hot bathtub and the restaurants by the Recolta Cemetery are a good spot for lunch.

  Location and service were the best in addition the facilities are in excellent conditions, the Casasur Art Hotel is a perfect place to start a perfect city break at Buenos Aires, door staff are great as well. Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic and the receptionists are generally helpful.
