The location is awesome - close to all freeways, the public rooms at this B B are charming and the breakfast is great.

Pedestrian friendly Old Town, great location and intent on making our stay enjoyable.

Casa de Suenos is very convenient to Old Town plaza on foot; very close to the major interstates; pretty close to Alb airport; and a good launching point for day trips to Santa Fe, Gallup, Madrid, indian Pueblos (Zuni, Acoma, etc.

Needless to say, after a lot of hassle at the airport, we were not made to feel welcome at this B & B!

It has a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, living room, TV/DVD/Surround Sound, private garden patio entrance which can be closed off for outdoor privacy, and an awesome in room jacuzzi!

The bedroom was a bit of a tight squeeze with the bed taking up much of the room.

An old artist colony from the 30s, my room, the Route 66, was actually a small apartment with two access points (street and courtyard), a separate bedroom and full bath, full kitchen and living room area.

There are two bedrooms in the La Mirador suite and one queen bed is very high off the floor.

Thick towels in the bath, cozy comforter on the bed, "oh so southwest" entertainment cabinet to hold the TV, beautiful tile floors and charming dishes in the kitchen.

The greatroom with the attached sunroom, where we ate breakfast every morning, overlooked the gardens which were quite beautiful.

There are a lot of nice restaurants over in the Old Town plaza, and some fun shops all around the plaza to walk through.

We had to leave early on two mornings, so they helped us put together trays of food for our room 's fridge so that we wouldn't have to miss breakfast.

The complimentary custom-made breakfast in the dining room was a great start to the morning.

There are many shops, galleries, restaurants, etc in the area.

Staff was friendly, the receptionist was welcoming and our accommodations were excellent.

The very helpful receptionist tried to reach the manager.

Warm personal service and all other employees were wonderful.

5) Some parking is on-street, some is off-street.

In the grand scheme of things, these are small nuisances, but had housekeeping been slightly better, it would elevated the entire experience from above average to excellent.

We explained that while our flight arrived 2 hrs prior, we had to get baggage, take a shuttle to the car rental and wait in line forever and then got the wrong car etc.

My cell worked just fine and I was able to get wireless Internet access from somewhere, but it was low strength.

Every staff member I came across were friendly and the rooms were clean.

The rooms are clean and the made-to-order breakfasts are a very special treat as is the bright.

When I emailed to ask why I was charged, I got a rude response saying they had to "deep clean" the rooms and that if I tried to dispute the charge they would just go back and charge me again!

My suite (Kachina) was clean and spacious, yet cozy, with its own kitchenette--and I was surrounded by the colors and textures of New Mexico culture.
