The location is nice, the stations have some amazing murals and the hotel is located in a perfect area.

Perfect location and the hotel is lovely.

The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping and museums.

The staff was helpful and I appreciated that the person who greeted me spoke English well enough that I could communicate with her about a restaurant and a taxi to the airport.

There is also a Metro station (called Polanco) a few blocks away which will allow you to zip around Mexico City and see all the sights for much less than you'd have to pay a driver.

We took our included continental breakfast in our suite, as it was too cool to eat outside at the restaurant in the morning.

The Casa Vieja was the perfect place and the service was excellent - understated service -something from the past. Furthermore my private Casa Diego Rivera Suite was beyond my expectations and the breakfasts were amazingly delicious.

We were upgraded to the Frida Kahlo Suite, which boasted a lush bedroom and ample sitting area. The staff, led by Sofia Ayala, were gracious and attentive. There are only 10 rooms, but each is a treasure.
