The staff was fantastic, the room was impressive, everything was brand-new. The hotel had a marvellous and awesome location a super close walk to Museum of Jewish Heritage. The property itself was in a pretty nice area. The whole experience was great, no complains at all, recommend.

The room was exceptionally nice and outstanding!
The location was marvellous and awesome for my stay, 500 feet from a golden-sand beach. The service was good and the food was appetising.

Fabulous and quiet hotel!
New-fashioned a double room with TV, the bedroom. A good area, marvellous and unbeatable location very close to the gorgeous beach, the downtown and the beach.

Also, location was great and perfect, at a medium distance from Sosua Beach. The staff was kind, polite all the time.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to everything. It is just a short walk to two different beaches, Alicia and Sosua. The hotel is also close to the nearby POP airport, making your travel to and from the hotel hassle-free. In addition, there are casinos in the area for those who enjoy a little gambling. If you need any car repairs, a friend's mechanic shop is also nearby.
The hotel could improve on the tinting of the shower enclosure to ensure a water-tight seal and prevent any flooding in the washroom.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action but still peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds. The pool area was relaxing and the made-to-order breakfast was delicious. Special shoutout to the maintenance man who helped us with our car trouble, we couldn't have managed without him. I highly recommend staying here!
Can recommend this hotel.

Staff were great. Very economical.
Mosquitos. Not the hotels fault. Make sure you bring mosquito repellant spray.

All employees were most kind and considerate. the restaurant had excellent food and services.
The big problem was lack of hot water. it was available only a few hours which were in the late morning and afternoon. there was no hot water during the night, early morning and evening., the majority of the time I was forced to take cold showers. an experienced vacationer and traveler from the U.s western europe and other decent places is not happy being told that the native dominicans are used to taking cold showers. D.R. is a hot and humid tropical environment and a hot and thorough shower is required to maintain and enjoy healthy clean bodies.

The staff was absolutely amazing and amazing during our whole stay.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with recent renovations that made them look great. The food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast. We also loved the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
That the lobby area was quite dark at night, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, there were a few too many rules and restrictions, such as limitations on the number of guests allowed in the room at a time.
