We plan to stay there again just for the location.

I booked this room because I thought the location would be great and it was, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the room, especially for the price.

The location is great, this place could have been better and the bathtub had a large section cut out from the exterior.

Beautiful location, a good value for the money and the staff was particularly friendly and helpful.

The room rate was a $89 plus tax for a harbour view room - and yes the view and location are very good.

The first problem was I made the reservations for a room with 2 beds, they gave me a room with one bed.

The first room we were in, all the paint was chipped of the bathroom door and the bed frames which are made out of wood were falling apart.

They offered us another room with one king bed, but we needed a two-bed room and they did not have anymore.

Even though I got a non-smoking room, the bed sheets smelled like smoke.

We had a breakfast buffet at the Lobster Trap restaurant which had all of the breakfast essentials, and it was good.

Bar and restaurant area looked equally as scruffy and unkempt - decided to dine elsewhere and would strongly recommend that should you stay in this hotel that you do so also.

We had arranged for two group breakfasts as well as an evening layout of refreshments.

The associated restaurant, The Lobster Trap, had fine seafood and the prices were a relief from LA.

When I called the front desk, the receptionist (munching on her snacks while she was talking) instructed me to log in to a wireless service used for sail boats, but I would get disconnected every few minutes.

When I called, I asked about the pool and jacuzzi--shouldn't they have mentioned that the jacuzzi was out of order?
