Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are superfriendly and exceptionally friendly, everyone. Rooms are spotless with outside patio's and a hot tub, as example, food is excellent. It offers great services and has a savoury breakfast choices. Furthermore, guests can use parking nearby. The oyster bar makes the excellent drinks.

We had a delightful stay at Casa Natalia. It is located in the perfect position being close to the Centro Historico yet private, quiet and boutique-style. The rooms are spacious and authentically Mexican-style with beautiful Talavery pottery and embroidered detail. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were able to assist with every query and made a number of excellent recommendations that made our stay in San Jose del Cabo such a success! From the moment we arrived, we were trying to work out how we could come back and stay longer at Casa Natalia!

I love, love, loved this hotel! It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, nice lounge/pool area, helpful staff and great breakfasts. We stayed 4 nights in the Deluxe Superior room and loved every moment. I wanted to take that hammock home with me!
The ceiling fans were a little noisy and I wished there would have been a mini-fridge in the room. Wifi connection was spotty in the room, but improved on the terrace/lounge. The hotel is also quite a long walk away from the beach...but it is also far away from the crowds of tourists! :-)

Great location. Staff was very friendly.
No hot water in the shower. No guest parking so you had to drag your luggage from the car which was parked behind the hotel down a hill.
