  • Cozumel musuem was very interesting, staff were wonderful and the dining room we had excellent breakfasts.
  • Some traditional Mexican dishes, we encountered the pool being repaired as well.
  • The hotel is beautiful, staff here is friendly and helpful, the room service for sandwiches is quick and excellent.

    The architecture of this hotel is stunning and the staff is wonderful, the oceanview rooms are defintely worth the small extra charge. Facilities are great.

    Taxis have a unique and strong union here, most of shops in the rest of the city are alive and well. The hotel is modern, clean and the view from the pool/lobby/bar is superb. The staff is very friendly and jaime the daytime manager is wonderful.

    We coughed up the extra $25 a night for the ocean front room and was worthwhile, location was fantastic. The hotel was very nice, staff were wonderful and the concierge, Mayte, was friendly and very helpful in whatever you needed. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was incredible and i liked the Mexican dishes, were different every day.

    The food in town was wonderful, the view from the patio deck off our bedroom was great and hotel were sparkling clean at all times. The staff were very friendly and the employees were very helpful and polite. The room was large and the pizzas were delicioius and the dessert was good too.
