This resort was built in 1920 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The location is great and it has its own beachfront and two pools. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is nice, but the food is subpar.

The pool area are fabulous, clean and well maintained, as is the beach area, the hotel has just started a 2 year, 38 million dollar renovation, juan delievered, assortment of fruits and ice pops to you all day long. By local standards, i think this is a pretty good deal.

The staff of the resort is incredibly rude, the inner hallway leading to our room smelt like a wet Labrador.

Coffee shop and gift shop were great, staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very clean as well and the food was excellent and service was good too. The pool was beautiful.

The most wonderful location and atmosphere, excellent staff. We liked our spacious suite, could've used more updated sheets and towels all day long. Very good food and the menu changes every day, the pool was great.
