The location of the hotel is excellent especially is next to walmart supercenter and the staff speak English and are friendly. Well our room wasn't ready at noon, food is great.

The whole bay lit up was nice, location was good to events in downtown Acapulco and rooms at the hotel were clean. The staff at the desk was very friendly and polite, the bathrooms were great. The breakfast that was included was fine.
