  One of our favorite small cities, a wonderful hotel and a fantastic restored house and an amazing collection of art. Perfect location to see the interior parts of the yucatan and history etc. The staff is very nice. The rooms are large and the breakfasts are hearty, fresh and healthy. The owner, denis larsen, is very kind and welcoming.

  Tucked into a great location in an interesting part of valladolid, best hotel room we have ever stayed in and throughout the home there are wonderful Mayan tributes. Staff are very welcoming.

  Nice place to stay and a private home/museum of Mexican art. Friendly helpful host and staff, lovely room. The yucatecan breakfast was excellent.

  I loved the setting, the house itself is gorgeous and comfortable, the room are clean and spacious. Breakfast is cooked to order, substantial and delicious.

  The private art gallery/home is incredible and the hotel is situated in a very convenient location in reference to Valladolid. The rooms are really comfortable, breakfast are awesome, staff is friendly.

  Warm hosts, every other staff member we met was also friendly and helpful, the room, linens, and bathroom were scrupulously clean. Our yucatecan breakfast was delicious.
