Very pleasant overall experience. Fairly clean, gorgeous hotel in a great and absolutely perfect location. The affable staff with great attitude to guests. Reasonably spacious room, a shower, hair dryers, and towels in the room.

Reasonably large room plus climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of a large aquarium, with local supermarkets nearby.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a coastal town near Sao Paolo. The location was stunning, with a breathtaking beach just steps away. The spacious pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to start the day. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had excellent facilities such as a spa and gym. The attentive staff ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience at Casa Grande Hotel Resort & Spa and would highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation by the beach.

Poor mantainance of the room

The Hotel offers wide range of entertainment ecp. for kids.

We were traveling with one child, but although the hotel was nearly empty, we got two single beds and had to ask for an additional bed. We also only got 2 sets of towels etc.

Great for families, friendly staff, amazing beach location, clean environment, ample facilities, extensive breakfast.

Price was a bit too high. Arriving few hours early with the room available, they didn~t give it to me but asked for extra money....not very elegant and annoying

Easter at this hotel was great! The staff always had a smile and were very friendly. The two complementary facts offered were a free Easter egg hunt for kids and a live show at night. The key location facts were close to the beach and the shopping center. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the pool, which was clean and well maintained.

The hotel lacked options for vegetarian and vegan guests, which made it difficult to find meals to eat. The wi-fi was not consistent and kept disconnecting frequently, which was frustrating.

The hotel's location by the beach is unbeatable, and the facilities are great, including a gym, pool, and tennis courts. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

This hotel offered a truly luxurious experience. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of treatments including body wraps, massage and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, while the beach access was convenient for walks and sun loungers provided exclusive comfort. The restaurant provided delicious meals, including special diet menus, making the dining experience very enjoyable. The private facilities were exceptional and made the stay very exclusive. The location advantages were many, allowing easy access to various nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I had was with the service of some of the staff, which was not up to par with a 5-star hotel. However, this was made up for by the exceptional amenities offered by the hotel.
