Beautiful former monastery building. Ideal for weddings. Fits the bill for tourists.

    Nothing that I didn't like.

The building is pretty, being a former monastery. It is predominently used for weddings and for this purpose I am sure it fits the bill. However for the tourist I dont believe the hotel is in full gear so to speak.

We arrived at the hotel, which was advertised as 24 hour reception. There were some staff in the grounds whom were preparing for a wedding. No one was in reception and after phoning 3 different numbers ,we eventually got a reply and someone came to let us in the room. The room was quite nice but after the first few minutes ,we discovered that the TV did not work, the advertised (internet throughout the whole hotel) did not work, the fridge did not work. We were told at the onset if we wanted anything to call the number we had called when we arrived, after calling several times we still had no replies or follow up calls. THe bar was not open throughout our stay and although we were told if we wanted a drink ,the receptionist would oblige, the reception was only manned the following morning when it was time to settle our account. Someone did eventually come to see the TV and we then did receive a couple of spanish channels but not the satellite that was advertised.---In short, if you are getting married then this is a pretty hotel and geared up for weddings . If you are a tourist ,I would advise elsewhere as weddings are a priority in this hotel.

This is a stunning building, restored and converted to a very high standard. Room is better than to be expected at this price.

This is not really a hotel, it is a very expensive function facility operated by a major catering company and there was a noisy function on while we were there, followed by noisy clearing up. Despite massive kitchens, there is no food apart from a very poor breakfast provided by a very friendly "do it all" chap on the desk - not a good thing to find when you arrive at 20.30 after an eight hour drive. Not even coffee maker in the room. This not mentioned on the booking web site. Could have been a great stay but became a desperate search for a meal in the village.

The hotel is set in a stunning building, a former monastery, with beautiful grounds perfect for weddings. The room is nice and comfortable, with a fridge and Spanish TV channels. The staff, though not always readily available, were helpful when we needed assistance. The location is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway.

The advertised amenities like the TV, internet, and bar didn't work or weren't accessible.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas well-maintained. Hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious.

    Everything was spot on.

This historic hotel was a beautiful setting for a special event. The surroundings were picturesque, and it is easy to see why it would be a popular location for weddings. The rooms were quaint and full of character. the hotel was in a convenient location, close to the city center and other nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a typical tourist visit. We had some issues with the amenities, such as the TV, internet, and fridge not working properly.

The building where I stayed was really enchanting, built in some kind of ancient monastery style. It was located in a quiet area but not too far away from the city center and the airport, making it an ideal location. the staff was accommodating to guests, making sure their needs were met.

My experience was not perfect. The hotel's reception was deserted when I arrived, so I had to make several phone calls before someone finally came and let me into my room.
