The staff are exceptionally nice and consistently courteous, and the owner too. Remote location right by the beach and local shops as well as main centre, and pubs and bars are walking distance to the hotel. Also, it is within a close distance from Paihia Harbour.

Family queen studio had a lovely bed. A handy kitchenette was a nice surprise. Remote location short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops, it was in a nice quiet area.

Honestly no complaints. Comfortable place for traveling to Paihia and exploring local places. Marvellous location, pubs and bars walking distance to the hotel. Large and well-appointed room with very comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally nice and very courteous and helped with free parking.

This hotel was best base for exploring Paihia, truly enjoyed it. The property was in a central setting to excellent restaurant called Alfresco.

The rooms are well-appointed, neat, and come with a sitting area, iron and ironing board, and an electric kettle.

The staff was respectful and hard-working, we had an early check-in.

Clean rooms, helpful reception staff. Strong cleaning odour but got used to it. Good WiFi and Sky TV. Short walk to the beach and center. Quiet neighborhood. Fresh milk provided. Plenty to do without a car. Family-run with parking by each room. Helpful and courteous staff. Kitchenette well-equipped. Good ensuite shower. Close to supermarket, ferry, and Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Numerous restaurants nearby. Trusted us to be alone. Quiet and considerate guests.

The Jacuzzi was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hosts were extremely nice. Have been able to give good tips. The location was good. Only about 5 minutes to the restaurants and bars.

The WLAN was not very good and partly did not work at all. The fact that a surcharge of 2.5% is levied when paying by credit card could have easily been included in the description.

The hotel met requirements. Every detail was fine and I appreciated it. Had well-appointed and a nice size room with private bathroom and a microwave, a refrigerator and a dining area. Handy location close to ferry to Russell was a plus.

Everything was great, personnel was super-friendly and really accommodating. Got large room with kitchen easy walking distance from the town centre. The whole experience was good, nothing too much trouble, would be happy to recommend.

Our stay at Casa Bella was exactly what we were looking for. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for our upgrade. The room was clean thanks to the excellent housekeeping, and the location was great with just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen facilities were also a plus, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette and balcony in our spacious upstairs room. We also appreciated the set parking spot and the value for money.
