We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the hosts. They not only assisted us in finding a plug for our electric car but also took the time to have a friendly chat over a beer. The personal touch was truly appreciated.

The location near the highway and near Zamora for, if you want, a ride. The spacious and comfortable room with terrace, although the yacusi was not working. The food is acceptable considering that the menu only costs 9 euros, although we had a bus of Galician people for breakfast at the same time and everything was a kaos to be able to have breakfast. Finally the receptionist well but very dry in the deal. Do not leave without visiting Zamora is a small city but very interesting to visit and everything can be seen walking.
That if they put in a yacusi it's to make it work. Also that they take into account the other users of the hotel when a busload of people arrives, a little more independence from them. The wifi didn't work, you had to go to the ground floor to use it.

breakfast is excellent because of the natural tomato for the toasts, orange juice and Serrano ham. There is plenty of parking at the foot of the hostel. It is a quiet area. room is spacious. gentleman at the reception is always attentive and willing to solve any doubts and inconveniences. He is friendly and also offers pleasant tourist information and useful brochures. It is an advantage that they offer home-made food in the restaurant in case at any moment you feel like having a menu or dinner in the hostel
Finding a lot of hair in the beds and on the floor and in the bathroom really disgusts me. wifi was working badly, although they tried to get me connected to other networks and I appreciate the availability and kindness. reception is left unattended most of the time because the receptionist is also a waiter or whatever comes up according to the need, so for any consultation or need of the travellers, we have to leave the hostel to enter the outside bar but from the same hostel and warn them, wait... quite a while. You could hear any conversation or noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms, bad soundproofing and quite a lot of noise during a day when there was a large group of people

We stayed at Casa Aurelia for a few nights while exploring the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond, helping us find a charging plug for our electric car and even sharing a beer and conversation. The hotel, while a bit dated, was impeccably clean and had a relaxed, homely atmosphere. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed the nearby walks. The location, just outside of Zamora in a small village, was convenient as a base for our travels. The bar food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was excellent value. And let's not forget the incredible shower!
Would recommend this hotel.

You hvae to go outside the hotel to get into the restaurant which is not good if it's raining

Friendly staff and restaurant and bar food excellent. A little way out of Zamorra and not bus route (that we could find), but only takes about 7 mins to drive into Zamorra and we had no difficulty parking.

This hotel in a small village just outside Zamora is a great base for traveling to find the local charms. The prices are excellent, offering great value for money. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds and nice views. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price, served in the large dining room, is a wonderful start to the day.
All was perfect, nothing to improve upon.

I’m not really one for staying in big towns and cities so this was a real find. Villarolbo isn’t the prettiest of places but it is really convenient stopover and a great base for visiting Zamora. Good basic restaurant used also by locals. I had chosen my meal but the waitress pointed out that I could have the same choice from the menu del dia, including a bottle of wine, for half the price. Before I left in the morning the owner printed out a street map of Zamora, gave me directions (easy from Villarolbo) and showed me where to park etc.. Great value for money.

It was a short drive away from the center of Zamora. The bar of the hotel was cheap.
There were hairs and flies on the bedroom and bathroom and the bathroom smelled badly. Small bed with unconfortable pillows.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Aurelia in Villaralbo. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. The restaurant at the hotel served superb food, with breakfast being particularly enjoyable. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a convenient bonus. Casa Aurelia provided excellent value for money and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to the area.
Didn't dislike anything about our stay at Casa Aurelia 😊.

Despite the location being a bit out of the way, the hotel was easily accessible with convenient parking right outside. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely view of the countryside. The hotel allowed pets, which was a big plus for me!
My stay was marred by a number of negatives. the reception was always closed and access was only possible through the restaurant.

The rural surroundings and proximity to forests and rivers were a plus for nature lovers like us. The café offered great local wines and breakfast was good enough to fuel our sightseeing for the day. The room was spacious, well-equipped with a comfortable bathroom and had a lovely view.
The lack of staff was a major downside. The lady at the reception had to run both the reception and the restaurant.
