The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to exciting adventures like hiking, biking, and rock climbing. The staff were exceptional, organizing fantastic excursions for us and ensuring that we had a memorable experience. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the food was delicious, making it the perfect base for a fantastic family holiday in the Atacama.

My children wanted a larger swimming pool for more fun.

The excursion staff went above and beyond to help us plan around bad weather and ensure we had a great time. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and the pool was a nice spot to relax. The chocolates left on the beds were a delightful touch.

The rooms at Casa Atacama are absolutely amazing! They have large windows that offer stunning views of the garden. The guestrooms are so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I especially loved the seating area, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The rooms are bright, spacious and offer views to a private interior garden. As someone who appreciates cozy and beautiful spaces, I couldn't have asked for more!

Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be a bit overpriced. However, I understand that others might still enjoy having the convenience of a minibar in their room.

The hotel was very clean, had great facilities, convenient parking and transportation, and was in a prime location in a touristic area, close to the center of this city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly.
