The decoration in Casa Arequipa was exquisite, filled with beautiful handcrafted artisanal woodwork, ironwork, weavings, and ceramics. It truly showcased the artistic talent of the local artisans. The general areas of the hotel, such as the garden and library, were meticulously designed with attention to the finest detail. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility commendable, with easy navigation and comfortable facilities that catered to my needs.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more assistance readily available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, having a dedicated concierge service to provide personalized recommendations and assistance for exploring Arequipa would have been greatly appreciated.

The room is perfect for a couple with a youngster, with three beds including two double-sized and one twin. The second-floor room is beautifully decorated with a grand antique armoire and a king-sized bed. The room has a full tub and shower in the bathroom, as well as a mini fridge. I loved the premium bedding and pillow menus, as well as the free WiFi and laptop-friendly workspace. The ground-floor room is one of the grandest accommodations I've seen. The room features a fantastic collection of books from all over the world. The rooms at Casa Arequipa are incredibly bright and welcoming.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom with a tub and shower. But I understand that others might still enjoy it.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with a wonderful Panorama view of Mount Misti from the balcony. The staff are friendly and the breakfast, with eggs and fruit, is served with a magnificent view of the volcanoes.
Nothing to complain about here, everything was just perfect!

This hotel was a great choice for our city break. The cleanliness of the spacious room impressed us from the get-go. The location was brilliant as it allowed us to rest easy in a peaceful area just fifteen minutes away from the center. The rooftop breakfast was delicious and offered us the perfect view to start our mornings.

The staff went above and beyond, offering immediate help when I got sick, organizing a doctor and assisting with rescheduling and cancellations. They were friendly and welcoming, and even allowed us to extend our stay and have a later breakfast. The colonial building was beautiful with comfortable rooms and a lovely terrace offering great volcano views. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh fruit, rolls, and local jams, and the location, just a short walk from the center, allowed for easy access while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood.
Nothing that I didn't like.

During my Easter holiday stay, I enjoyed the stunning view of the nearby volcano and the excellent rooftop terrace. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was in a quieter neighborhood but still within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff was also friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
I found the breakfast selection to be quite limited, and the quality of the food was not up to my expectations. although the location was ideal for being away from the bustling center, I found the walk to be challenging due to the steep hill leading up to the hotel.
