We were pleasantly surprised by the picturesque location of the hotel, right by the lake. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The restaurant served excellent meals and the staff there were very friendly. There were also beautiful views from the balcony of the lakeside rooms.
We felt very well taken care of at the hotel, with no complaints whatsoever.

The garden is a green and pleasant space of cacti, ideal for sundowners. The restaurant serves delicious local specialties and seafood dishes. The hotel pampers guests with exclusive facilities such as a private pier.
Who needs nearby shops and cafes anyway?

The attention of the staff (reception, bellboys, waiters, cleaning) who are interested in you from the moment you enter the hotel, as long as they find you well and comfortable, the cleaning of the room done by Sonia was very good, always asking if we needed anything else, the location of the hotel is not close but it serves to disconnect you a little from the hustle and bustle of the city, the view of the lake is first class, you can go for a walk on the shore and if you have a tour contract it is possible to be picked up from the same pier of the hotel. The quality of the breakfasts and a la carte dishes are first class. The hotel offers free oxygen and mate service to help you cope with altitude sickness. The rooms are very comfortable, with heating and enough bedding to keep you warm.
It is recommended to include typical dishes in the menu of the hotel or to present the delicious bread typical of Puno within the breakfast.

Convenient location by the lake with its own pier. Well-educated staff, useful services including a printer, and good food at the restaurant. Nice view from the balcony in lake view rooms.

The heating in the bathroom
Front desk staff was not helpful, Internet does not work in rooms and only very wwak in lobby or restaurant, rooms have a bad smell, bathtub was damaged and the shower was either hot or cold, no complimentary water, they charge 4 € per bottle, food in restaurant was tasteless and glasses dirty (lipstick) I was given a room facing a very busy street, while the booking suggested room with lake view.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on a privately owned island was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake right on the shore of Lake Titicaca. The staff at the reception desk and the very good Alma restaurant were always friendly and gave great service. We also appreciated the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and the balcony with a sitting area where we could relax and enjoy the view. The in-room safe and soundproofed rooms ensured a comfortable and peaceful stay.
We highly recommend this place to others. The hotel provided excellent service, from the friendly and attentive staff to the well-appointed rooms and stunning views.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location directly overlooking a vast lake, providing stunning views. You can easily access tours directly from the hotel's back lawn. Rooms are cozy and equipped with heaters to keep you warm in the cold weather. Staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service during your stay. Breakfast is tasty, and the fireplace around the bar adds to the lovely ambiance. Guests can purchase alpaca rugs from the onsite shop to create a cozy home-like feel in the rooms.
According to some guests, the restaurant area can be noisy during service hours, which can be a hindrance to those looking for a peaceful stay.

Location Breakfast Pontoon to the lake garden Staff Happy hour
No wifi in bedroom Check in staff not helpful when asked if they could ring another hotel for us to change a booking, they told us to do it ourselves from our room No flexibility when we asked reception staff to change a booking for us: we had a booking for 2 nights and decided on night No2 to go on the islands for the night and come back for another night after that. We asked if they could cancel our second night and book us again for the following night: the answer was no! We did that with other hotels as our plans changed as we traveled and this was never an issue. But Casa Andina in Puno refused and charged us (not cheap!) 3 nights when we stayed only 2. We were aware of the conditions, but we did not find this professional at all. Tapas deal in the lounge very expensive To be charged in soles for the food&bev and USD for the room
