  Very comfy beds and great buffet breakfast.

  This hotel is an old colonial mansion and is built very solidly, the kitchen staff is VERY noisy.

  Clean and great location, easy walking distance to main plaza. Beautiful place and gardens, the first room we had was in the section near the lobby. Staff were very friendly and the large bathroom had heated floors. Free wireless was a plus, restaurant was good.

  The public areas are lovely, calm and helpfull at all times great place to spend a few days acclimatising on arrival to Cusco, the decorations include beautiful pottery. Staff are very helpful and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant is good.

  Location was good, the hotel felt Incan, not colonial, and the staff were wonderful, my room was very quiet and clean. The restaurant was fantastic.

  Good location and very nice hotel. Beautiful historic building, great price and the service came in handy on countless occasions. Our rooms were very comfortable, the restaurant served fantastic meals, and the breakfast in the morning was stellar.

  This place is beautiful, the staff are very helpful and the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Service is better, and restaurant was excellent, the lunch/dinner menu is varied and extremely good.
