The staff are efficient, the hotel is charming old and with amazing location near Plaza de Armas and the Convento Santa Catalina. The food is outstanding with lots of options, including breads and pastries.

The hotel had a stunning location a short walk to Split. Restaurants and bars were also a short walk to the venue. The breakfast was wonderful, we really enjoyed slices of fresh bread and pastries❤

I recently stayed at Casa Andina in Arequipa for a week and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided a courtesy lift from the airport. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice courtyard and a great location near the Plaza de Armas. The restaurant served delicious food, and I highly recommend trying their club sandwich - it's the best I've ever had!

The hotel has been built inside an old house , so it has a lot of charm and it is beatifully decorated. Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.

The restaurant is overpriced and the food is not as good as expected, salads with dressings without any flavour. Arequipa is very dry, so hotel should install some humedifiers in the rooms, the 4 of us suffer with extrteme drynes. I think it is overpriced.

Outstanding in every respect! Our room was especially comfortable; great bed, large bathroom, comfortable seating area. Breakfast was especially good with great selections and service. Juan, who is a combination bellman/greeter/concierge was amazing - kind, helpful, anxious to assist on any way, a top-notch representative for the property. Location is just about perfect, too - A short walk to Plaza de Armas, restaurants, and several key tourist sites. We stayed for 4 nights and hope to call there again on a trip to explore Colca Canyon.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a prime location. The suite I booked was stunning, with its stone walls and vaulted ceilings. The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee and the attentive staff. The hotel's proximity to major attractions and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. When I fell ill, the hotel's complimentary doctor service was a lifesaver. The overall experience made me want to return and explore more of the beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, impressive rooms, and excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with exceptional amenities and friendly staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and delicious body lotion and soaps provided. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a computer area that did not require any payment. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near a supermarket and within walking distance of all areas of this city, including the historical district and the Santa Catalina monastery.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right near the downtown area and within easy walking distance of the center of Arequipa. We were able to conveniently explore all the wonderful parts of the city and enjoy the great selection of local restaurants nearby.

This hotel is in a great location close to the main plaza and in the heart of the old town. The restaurant at lunchtime is a nice place to relax and has very good food. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly, with special commendations for Solange and Nedy.

The bathrooms were old and not very luxurious compared to the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is located right near the centre of downtown, making it convenient to walk to all areas and explore the city easily. It is also situated across the street from the Monastery, adding to the charm of the historical center. The rooms without windows were freshly painted and well-maintained. The clean and comfortable beds, whether it be the two double beds or twin beds, ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was a highlight. The buffet had a delicious variety of foods, including my favorite fresh French bread. The option to sit outside or in added to the pleasant dining experience.

Located close to popular attractions, this hotel made for a convenient and romantic escape. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms were equipped with modern conveniences, making our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the big and cozy bed and the in-room wifi. the hotel's authentic charm and the friendly staff made us feel welcome.

While the location was great, the busy street outside the hotel made it noisy. The breakfast wasn't the best, and the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.
