The location is great, the hotel is located in a super spot for any traveller and the hot tub the latter is very hot.
The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.
Nice restaurants near the parliament area and from check-in to check-out we had a wonderful stay at the Cartier Place.

Near elgin street and close to downtown, location is great, spa turned out to be a wonderful part of our stay for exercise. Lobby has excellent food, the staff are always helpful and attentive, the suites are large and ideal for small families. Microwave, a big fridge, full stove, dishwasher, a coffeemaker, the price and lack of a complimentary breakfast, the pool is nice.

The canal is just two blocks away and the Centretown area is hip and alive. Hotel has a nice bar and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The suites are great.

Easy walking distance to Ottawa cbd and excellent location. Great place to stay and cheap prices. Staff were very friendly and room was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, the pizza was good and the pool was awesome.

In a great location, nice hotel and fantastic Home Away From Home in Ottawa. Good price, staff very friendly and the room was clean except the floor along the base of the tub. Other facilities were also excellent and well maintained.
