The hotel is tidy, the staff is efficient, and the room is well-kept and big. The continental breakfast is the best. It has excellent and absolutely perfect location near the Florida shops. It's close to airport and restaurants and cafés to eat and the big shopping mall on Florida Ave. This is a property go-to for Buenos Aires!

Good experience there. Pretty and absolutely great hotel, 4 stars. Particularly good location, just a walk down to everywhere. Nice building and rooms with the air conditioner inside. Early check-in, incredibly nice employees.

The location is convenient close to the tourist centre. The continental breakfast with pastry, ham plus cheese slices is the highlight. Really helpful and efficient staff ensures you spend a pleasant time here...

Great and magnificent location in shopping area, close enough to Galerias Pacifico in the center of the city, a large shopping mall, pedestrian street, the main square and government house, and Florida Street which is a lively and vibrant part of Buenos Aires. For tea or coffee visit Madison Cafe nearby. Overall VERY LOVELY stay on a business trip.

Very unfriendly staff!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a great shopping mall with a brilliant food court. It's just a short cab ride away to get to all the shops. The rooms are comfortable with clean linen and modern bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cold meats, cheese, cereals, and bread.

The internet is not complimentary and can be quite expensive.

Enjoyed the excelent location, walking distance from the obelisk, florida street, nice restaurants, easy to catch a cab, the staff was prompt and readyu to help you, included wifi, etc.

The hotel is pretty dated, you can see that the years passed by and no major updated were made. Altough the price is nice, specially for the location, I would expect more from a 4 stars. The bed could be more confortable, was too soft.

We were travelling during the Chilean ash cloud eruption (June 2011) and the staff were very friendly and helpful calling the airline to help us re-confirm our flights. Our flight was eventually delayed by one day and we managed to keep our room for an extra day at the same rate.

The rooms are reasonably sized and well-kept and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. It has good and excellent location near Peatonal Florida.

The hotel had a great location, with a short walk to the Galerías Pacífico shopping center. Despite some concerns about safety on the street, the hotel itself felt secure. The decoration was impressive, giving the hotel a nice atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making sure my needs were met. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular shopping streets and tourist attractions. The room, although small, was beautifully decorated. The breakfast provided was typical Argentinian continental style and the cafe was clean with lovely staff. The hotel had a classy and welcoming atmosphere and offered free Wi-Fi.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

I preferred the attention and care of the night receptionist, Felix, to the one in the morning. Felix showed honesty, concern for the guests, kindness and respect. Keep him.

The transportation service you offered to and from the airport needs to be more clear. On the booking information it did not say how much the fare was. After several questions on line, I finally had the price at $140. When I arrived at the hotel, the driver you sent was going to change $175!! When I went to the reception with him to clear this up, it appeared to me that the receptionist agreed with the driver about this price. I had to remind him about my E-mails from Fl.and the agreement on the $140 fare. After some discussion I finally paid what was offered. Going back to the airport, I paid $130. thank you felix!!

I recently stayed at Carsson Hotel Downtown for three nights during my visit to Buenos Aires. The location of the hotel was perfect, with small traditional coffee bars nearby for an early morning pick-me-up. The atmosphere of the hotel was charming and old-fashioned, creating a unique experience. The bed, although small, was incredibly comfortable, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay. The staff at the reception were also helpful in providing alternate charging options for my iPhone, as the plugs were different. I had a great stay and enjoyed the affordable price.

I would recommend this hotel.
