Impeccably clean hotel in a beautiful building really close to Spain, Germany, Austria and Romania and City Center and the mountains. The location best possible and quiet near downtown with a beautiful terrace at the river side. Again, 15 minutes walk from Muzeul Satului.

Marvellous and quiet location on the mountains, and 10 minute walk from a historic city center. Above average and very very good breakfast with ham, the great omelet plus cheese for every taste.

The location is relatively quiet and nice, we could see river. What's more, it's not too far from the heart of the city.

There were huge, good sized rooms with a very good furniture and a very comfy bed and 2 bathrooms. The hotel was set in a central area near to Spain, Germany, Austria and Romania and the garden...

Lovely base for exploring Baia Mare. Above average and good breakfast with lots of choice. Stunning, exceptionally nice location right by the mountains rather than the river. For tea or coffee visit Pressco nearby;)))

The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a nice view. The staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking available. The breakfast had a good variety, with made-to-order omelettes. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is relatively quiet, relatively near a stone church bell tower. Btw, it's relatively near city center.

The hotel's interior decor exudes an elegant charm, reminiscent of a bygone era. The vintage furniture and tasteful decorations created an ambiance that made me feel right at home. The spacious and well-maintained common areas were accessible for senior people like myself, making it easy to navigate and relax.

The only drawback I encountered during my stay was the occasional lack of attentiveness from the staff. It would have been preferable if the children working there were more prompt in their service.

We loved staying in this hotel! It was located close to the old city center in a quiet area with parking available right outside. During my stay at Carpati, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. I especially appreciated the presence of two separate bathrooms in my Business Double Room, which offered a convenient touch of luxury. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and I enjoyed spending time at the nice bar and outdoor sitting area in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and most of them spoke English, making communication easy. I found the breakfast to be reasonably priced and the option to have eggs or omelette cooked to order by a friendly lady was a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was also great and reasonably priced. Plus, the hotel's location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the town center. Despite some minor drawbacks like slow service and occasional loud music, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. my experience at Carpati was enjoyable and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

We loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace by the river, it was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great, from the friendly welcome drink to the late check-out they allowed us. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The housekeeping service was excellent, always ensuring our room was clean and well-stocked. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the option for room service. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay memorable.
