  Our room was at the back of the hotel and we had a lovely view of the duomo, the staff were absolutely friendly and attentive, as always. The window was very tall and i could open up in the morning and let all the fresh air in.

  Florence is fantastic and a day trip to siena is really worth doing, all the staff are absolutely lovely too, helpful and genuinely friendly, good wifi internet access in the room.
