A good cultural centre, the location of the hotel Carol is good: near by a metro station.
The location is pretty good, the hotel is perfect for people going to the concerts there and reception staff are very helpful.
In addition the room is quite clean, the restaurant is amazing and pool is very nice.

The location was absolutely the best for attending an event at the O2 Arena, the hotel was in A very quiet area and the staff were friendly and had excellent English. The room was extra clear and breakfast was good too.

The location is perfect because of the closinest to O2 Arena, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay, reception staff are very helpful and speak good English. The design of the rooms have a nice design, the breakfast buffet offer large choice.

Location, breakfest, and the pool that was great for the kids after sightseeing, the staff were verry frendly and helpfull, the breakfast included in the room price was excellent as we had a lot of choices. Eggs etc. we found the restaurant to be good value.
