The location was great, this hotel was well located and the reception staff were all very helpful.

You have a nice kitchen (very handy to avoid the expensive Vancouver downtown food), clean rooms and a very nice location close to anything and everything in Vancouver.

Just behind Robson St with shops and a supermarket nearby, this is one place with a great location.

We had a 1-bedroom suite that had plenty of room for the 6 people it was capable of sleeping (2 double beds in the bedroom and a sofa-bed) which I've generally found very rare in suite/apart- hotels - usually when they say 6 they mean 4 etc.

The reception staff were all very helpful and the concierge were very friendly and always smiling.

Daily "cleanup" maid service is offered, as well as a small business centre near the concierge, but other than that it feels like your own condo.

The lobby is also comfortable and stylish if you need to wait around and there are 3 lifts which get you to your room without having to wait.

Only having 1 key for all 4 of us got annoying when we wanted to go off separately and having to race up and down lifts if one got back before the other and the other couldn't use the lift without the key.

If you need a swimming pool, there are several pools within a 2-5 block radius, including an excellent facility at the YWCA.

There is also a desk and high speed internet connection is available.

Service was excellent, the apartment was VERY clean and the kitchen came well equipped.

Modern and the housekeeping staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet.

The suites are kept spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous.

The suite was cosy and clean, plus we had a nice view of the mountains up in the north.
