                  The location was fantastic, the family looking after the place was Nice and friendly, the staff were all polite and extremely helpful. The bedroom was cleaned, sheets were clean.

                  The lamp in the toilet was broken and the bathtub was filthy.

                  Ideal location for beach, many bus stops as well are close by and also 2 minutes walk to Old Nice &. The hotel is near to massena square is absolutely beatiful, the room is cleaned up and towels were replaced every morning, the breakfast is very good.
