To sum up - don't rely on a booking with this hotel even if they ring on the morning of your visit and confirm your booking.

Beautiful reception area, friendly staf fand free car park and i like the location of the hotel the best because is very close to the centre of Ballinasloe.

Good location for Athlone, lovely decor and tastefully designed in a modern style.

The central location and free underground carpark.

Very comfortable surroundings, free underground car park and maud Millers in the town is a great pub.

Our room was very nice, beds are very comfy, bed linens are 100% cotton (which is important to me) and there is even a bed runner on the bed!

We spent the night in the Bridal Suite, which was amazing, we had a box of chocolates on the bed, a bottle of champagne in the living room with a basket of fresh fruits.

The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom was very nice and bed was very comfortable.

Our room had a large double bed and a single bed.

However, the room as finely-appointed, a wonderfully comfortable bed and nice furnishings.

We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was wonderful - only one thing we had a bottle of white wine with our meal and it wasnt chilled enough for our liking ( we were brought an ice bucket immediately we commented on this ).

Late bar, great breakfast and other bun choices were excellent.

One has grown to expect 'adequate' cuisine in small-town Ireland, but the restaurant here was outstanding.

Beds are very comfy, the bar is great and the restaurant seemed to cater for children very well.

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool/spa complex and this was one of the reasons we chose to stay there.

Food was excellent, the large swimming pool was never busy.

There was a large LCD TV on the wall with internet and a wireless keyboard - a nice touch.

    Leisure centre was very nice and definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly, the balcony leading from the sitting room was very good addition. The food was gorgeous.

    Changing area was lovely and clean, had an absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel last Friday night. The service was excellent and we had a suite was very comfortable. The food was gorgeous, the choice was amazing and facilities within pool complex were great.

    Really enjoyed leisure centre had a beautiful meal in the evening time, this modern hotel was very clean and warmth of both the staff were extremely attentive. Beds were very comfortable and food was great. Dinner was lovely, the pool was nice and warm.

    The leisure centre was very good, the hotel food was delicious and pleasant chatty staff took time to talk to their guests. Room was nice, the breakfast was fabulous and the pool was a urin warm temperature.
