  The view of the thames out of the restaurant window was spectacular, staff were all very friendly and helpful.

  The rooms were too warm even tho the heating did not seem to be coming on and the food was mediocre.

  Lovely countryside location, friendly welcome from behind the lively local bar and courteous and professional staff responded to requests promptly. The large television, swivelled and breakfast good and substantial.

  The location was excellent, just across the road from Hampton Court Palace we were attending a concert and convenient to the the venue we were going to. The staff were very accommodating, the owners were wonderfully friendly and facilities in the room were awesome. Breakfast was good too.

  Great location overlooking the thames and just across the road. I liked the hotel', a very well preserved historic building and certainly not worth the money we paid. Miles of good walking and clean and fresh decoration.

  Very difficult to park, rude staff and rooms are getting a bit tired.

  Friendly in a good location and wonderful Little Country Pub. A very relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff and the room was large and comfortable. The service and food were excellent.
