The hotel stay was great value for money, and the hotel itself seemed a much higher class than we were expecting for the star rating.
We once took dinner in the hotel which was simple but of very good quality at a reasonable price.
We were very suprised of the quality of this hotel when thinking of the price.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I consider it as a very good choice especially considering the price paid.
通过多条线路的地铁站就在酒店附近,但是老实说我们根本用不到那么多条线路,只是从机场过来和有一次去拉斯凡塔斯观赏斗牛的时候坐过地铁.

Located near Atocha Train Station, good position and i liked the location of the hotel most of all.
The staff was helpful arranging taxi to the airport in time, the location was superb because the hotel was just outside Atocha station you can take metro and the service was extremely friendly and efficient.

We had two rooms, a double and a larger double room with an extra bed.
When I complained the next morning, the hotel staff said they had no idea what the noise could have been, but quickly moved me to a better room (a suite with a double bed).

There are plenty of restaurants and wine bar-and-tapas places in the area, notably the delightful and spirited Bodega Rosell, though one restaurant padded our bill and tried to overcharge us by 12€.
Spanish cuisine is very much a personal taste and finding a good restaurant – as opposed to a bar or caf?
Tip: at the backside of the Centro de Arte Reina Sofia Museum ( a very interesting one about 400 meters from the hotel) you will find a cosy bar-restaurant El Tres.
Bar is free too, the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Very convenient location for Atocha train station, modern design and front desk staff was extremly helpful.
Other than that we can't fault the hotel-the reception staff were all very friendly and spoke english, i was expecting them not to be friendly having read other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised.
Air condition and elevator were working and they were OK.
There are two computer terminals in the lobby which can be activated with a credit card; 30 minutes for 2€, for example.
Easy access from Atocha Renfe, free speed wi-fi in lobby and a pleasant 20 minute walk to Plaza Mayor.
Wireless Internet at 15 euro for 24 hours is a little steep.
The room was tidy and clean, and everything we needed was there.

Didn't explore the area as we arrived late, the hotel is very convenient for the three great museums of Madrid and the rooms are clean.
