The location is brilliant - two mins from the beach, the hotel is well located within walking distance of everything and the Rooms are adequate.

It's an older hotel with contemporay desin but location was excellent close to the beach reasturants all the shops everything was within a few blocks walk.

The location is right in the middle of everything, and close to the beach.

Our luggage was delayed at the airport, which seems to be common in Miami, but the hotel was used to the problem, and advised us to check with the airline and make sure that we received our luggage on time.

Location was perfect- walking distance to bars/clubs & close to bus fo mall, (But bus to mall took FOREVER).

When we go to our hotel room, it was so small, dirty, the AC didn't work, the bathroom was dirty, paint was chipping fropm the walls and the wooden floors and bed was making creeking noises.

The room was large and spacious and the bed was huge downed with white bedding and numerous pillows.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room had a king size bed and there was room in there for even another king size bed - so we had more than ample space to move about.

The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, bathroom is just what a bathroom needs to be: clean and functional.

The bathroom was kind of dark, the carpeting in the room was not that great, the paint job could have been better, but the beds were fine, clean, and comfortable.

RESTAURANTS: We tried Jerrys Deli which is right across the street, Lazarios(Gloria Estafan-Cuban Restaurant) - on Ocean Drive, El Mexicao(great drinks-food)need to be.

Booked.net says happy hour for 6-7 in hotel lobby, but the bar is only used for breakfast.

The breakfast bar in the lobby was also overpriced.

We had a breakfast at one of the cafe's on Ocean Drive- the view was nice but the food was lousy.

Jerry's Famous Deli's interior is a fantastic building and there is a little noise from bar in the lobby.

The reception staff were never less than 110% helpful as were maid and maintenance staff and always went out of their way to make sure that you were enjoying your stay.

The staff were polite and friendly, maid service was a little hit and miss, we waited til after 3 one day to have our towels changed, and then there were knocking the door down at 7.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and the whole hotel had a great atmosphere.

The pool area was clean and tidy, the whole hotel had a great atmosphere, everyone at the lobby desk was professional and hospitable.

The hotel does have a very nice pool on the property with a small bar in the lobby.

We were greeted upon check in with an invitation to happy hour, and excellent house music being played in the lobby and by the pool.

They also had free WI-FI which came in handy.

Our room was clean and the linens were fresh and clean.

Nice rooms, great service and very clean.

They are still working on rooms with the renovation project that they have going on put the lobby is spotless, the halls are spotless and they where there for us no matter what we need.

Reasonable prices, nice staff and room was clean.

Yes, the bathroom was very small, there was only one mirror and you can tell this was an older hotel, but it's affordable and clean in the middle of South Beach.
