  The staff at the hotel were professional and competent, service was excellent.

  The bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable, the tiny bar was also tucked away down one of the dreary corridors.

  Great location next to metro and gugenheim museum, really nice hotel, staff were all lovely and very helpful too. Rooms appeared to be newly renovated and were large and comfortable.

  The room was very comfortable and quiet and the location absolute tops, the hotel was beautifully appointed, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom on 4th floor was very large and the airconditioning system good.

  The position is perfect for everything and the feeling is very pleasant, a lovely place to enjoy a quiet moment and a cocktail, our room was very spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable.
