The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was stunning and close to everything. The resort is conveniently located near the beach and a hot tub with an ocean view. Perfect spot for those attending the Carlsbad marathon. Many shops and cafes nearby. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast options offered.

The location was stunning, walking distance to restaurants and eateries. I had coffee at The Naked Cafe, located within a 10-minute walk. Well-maintained room with a view, everything was perfect. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were a huge plus.

The location near Barrio was fantastic. Restaurants and eateries were within walking distance of the resort. The rooms were quiet, perfect, and offered a lovely view.

I was provided with a queen room featuring a balcony and personal toiletries along with 2 queen beds. The location was ideal, with a 7.7-acre park just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel had a central setting in areas which they appear to be in the process of doing. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Coyote Bar & Grill. Booked queen room with a safe box, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. It was fairly quiet, beautiful bathroom, very comfy bed.

The hotel was relaxing and quirky with reliable wifi. Everything was perfect and the staff were very very helpful and extremely friendly. Its location walking distance to restaurants and eateries was particularly good. I appreciated sleeping 3 nights in this venue.

The location here is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

We greatly enjoyed the relaxing and quirky atmosphere of the property. The staff was really helpful, attentive, and quickly solved any problems. We were given a king room with a balcony. The location was fantastic, with shops, eateries, the beach, downtown. We also enjoyed the goodies and coffee at The Naked Cafe, located close to the venue.

I traveled with my young son and the location of this hotel was perfect! It was within easy walking distance to the beach, as well as restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. The free and easy parking was also a bonus. The housekeeping service was exceptional, coming daily to clean our room. The common grounds were stunning, with loungers, firepits, a pool, and ocean views. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel provided reliable bikes for exploring.

Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved the place, had a perfect stay on vacation. A safe, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator were available in my queen room. It had extremely comfy beds. The location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants and eateries. The staff were amiable.

We have stayed in this adorable hotel for 13 nights, everything was perfect, the location was magnificent to everything in Carlsbad. Liked a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. All the staff was professional and accommodating and greeted us warmly. Location: the property was next to the ocean, the beach, library. For short-orders there was Board & Brew, we found it close by. You guys made our stay fine!

The rooms with a view are fantastic and beautifully maintained. The staff is helpful and excellent, always with a smiling face. The location is the best possible, in a very relaxing area close to the beach and shopping.
