As a family of five with two adult children and a teenager, we found there was plenty of room in the apartment for all of us. It was only around 15 minutes drive from Homebush Olympic park where our daughter was competing in the State Athletic Championships. The apartments are in close proximity to the train station and to Carlingford Court for shopping. Although the apartments are close to both a highway and train line, they are well sound-proofed.

Not recommended for people with mobility issues as there are stairs. There was only seating in the lounge for 3 people, no big deal as the dining area is adjacent to the lounge area.

Dark & dingy, needs a good clean, carpets needs replacing, not enough seating. hair on vanity, & bath with a scum ring around, mould on blinds. Beds were hard. 1white & 1red wine glass only, chipped china, cutlery was ordinary, smoking area outside kitchen window with ashtray full of butts

Value. Quiet. Good kitchen, large fridge. TV in bedroom. Washer/Drier.

An apartment that sleeps 7 people with only 2 seats in front of telly . No reception and no sign for where to get your key!!! A little girl was on the stairs inside and opened the door for us! Very strange and off-putting when you arrive. Only room numbered 1-10 buzzers with no indication of what to do to enter or how to get your key. Bit spooky, nearly didn't stay but had elderly in-laws so had to stay but OK when in the room and settled.

As a group of 4 blokes going away racing at Eastern Creek for the weekend it was good to be able to not have to share a room , we all had our own space for 3 days and at 110 each it was priced right

I was impressed by the kitchen, including kitchen utensils.

I thought the beds (mattresses) were a bit too firm.

Close to train station and budget friendly, the beds were very comfortable. Shopping centre was close enough to walk to and a good variety of eating houses.

Very thin walls/ceilings , we could hear almost everything that went on in the other apartments including people going to the toilet. There were people smoking outside our window so we could smell it constantly when the window was open.

Good location for our needs; No traffic noise; good facilities eg ironing board, dishwashe etc

Only 1 tiny bathroom for a 3 bedroom apartment; Foxtel woldn't work; Very noisy people in other apartment; Single bed on wheels very dangerous for elderly parent

Location near to transport.

Not so tidy, no signage for how to check in. &Quot; Never take room number 1, everyone thinks room number 1 for property manager, lot of door knock for check in help. Bird droppings on parking lot 1". Hair drier doesn't work.

Fantastic price for a three bedroom apartment.

Required some maintenance on the exterior. Looked untidy. But this really was a minor detail for the accommodation.

i was very pleased at the set up of the apartment. The apartment was clean comfortable and close to transport and shops. thank you for having us.

We have a late check in, however, the staff I emailed earlier to confirm the reservation told me to stop by another hotel to pick up the key code instead of told me there are a phone outside the property I can use to call them and get the key code. Also, they charged extra for using visa card even though I reserved the room with visa card via Booked.net .
