  The water park had nice hot tubs and the play areas for the kids seemed a huge hit, and a half mile away are more fast food places, good restaurants and rooms are comfy and clean. The different pools are great for kids.

  The room was excellent in all areas and the water park was great. The hotel was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were well kept, was really nice, the food court was a bit disappointing.

  The elevators were very slow and at least one was out of order, about an hour after dinner, our 9 year old got very ill. Caribbean cove was dirty.

  The area near the pirate ship and bucket drop smelled, the hotel room was nice. The staff were awesome and pool and air temperatures were comfortable.

  Water had a salty overtone to and again, the food was mediocre and bland.

  Great pool area, the actual water park is clean and there are plenty of lifeguards, this hotel seems very popular even for locals. Wireless access is available in the lobby and the holidome, new rooms atrium level are WONDERFUL.

  The hotel pool was a comfortable temperature and was well maintained, the building and the meeting rooms were really nice, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

  Unfortuantly for me, the only good area for my three year old had really cold water and again, the food was nothing special and was overpriced. I never experienced one rude employee we were there.

  And the hotel ammenities were adequate, the lobby was inviting and the pool area looked really fun, the staff were very very friendly. The rooms were comfortable.

  The rooms on the first and second floor face the hotel pool and hot tub, the water park is great, ethernet cables are available from the front desk.

  The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, we learned that another elevator near us was out of service as well. The room was decent.

  The service/food at this hotel is average at best, water park down all day long and the four rooms I saw had wired Internet access, is free.
