In addition this hotel is nicely designed, a great spot to relax before the long trip home and the price totally reasonable you consider that you get a very good.
Many positive aspects : its location, close to the Malpensa Airport, and the fact that there is a free shuttle service which takes you to and from the airport back to the hotel and vice-versa, and which worked properly.
Good location and perfect airport hotel before transfer to como in the morning.
The location was very handy for Malpensa airport, the hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and accommodating.
The shuttle service was most useful especially since Taxi drivers from Malpensa are reluctant to take a fare for a very short trip and we had to leave early out of Malpensa Airport.
We were coming into Milan by train and the hotel told us to take the shuttle at the train station to terminal 2 at the airport and then call them once we arrived, which we did.
Rooms were good size with multilingual TV stations, (watched an Arabic soap opera) wireless internet access, comfortable bed, large washroom with a bidet.
Room and bath were clean, modern, and there were comfortable beds and big windows.
The room is furnished simply but the bed is excellent.
Double room with extra bed was very good size, and the extra bed was actually comfortable!
Nicely decorated in a modern style, spotless and I mean spotless, room and bathroom---bathroom could be the cleanest I've ever seen in my 36 years of traveling all over the world.
Good breakfast is included with rate, but there is no restaurant on the premises ( Two restaurants near by provide free shuttle service ).
There are no restaurants nearby; however, the staff made a quick call and a restaurant owner picked us up and took us to a fantastic place for a wonderful meal.
The facilities have many amenities(including bar, continental breakfast room, pool and conferance facilities), although the hotel appears small.
The biggest problem is that there is no hotel restaurant (other than breakfast room) and no restaurant within walking distance.
Strange not to have a restaurant as it is a long way from anywhere (we left too early in the morning to need breakfast).
The staff was excellent, the concierge was amazing and the service at the front desk was far beyond my expectations: Really fast check-in.
Moreover hotel staff were very friendly, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and the Receptionist on shift was also very kind to advise us on in.
The shuttle service to the airport was well organised, italian family restorant close to hotel also was very good and the staff was very helpful.
They also have wi-fi and a computer in the lobby.
The elevator was small, but maybe will be updated when the new top floor is finished.
The shuttle does not run 24/7, but it is very reliable during the posted hours.
Easy internet access and wine is very tasty.
The rooms are very tidy and clean and the staff are extremely friendly.
Good service for pick up and the rooms are very tidy and clean.

Room clean and comfortable, great food, such as private garden.
The room was spotless and the buffet breakfast was great.
