We have spent 3 days in twin room with a twin bed, aircon, refurbished bathroom, everything was good! Also, location was good and perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Brancaccio Theatre. The staff were excellent, helped us with every request.

The room was well furnished and brand-new with central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV.

The hotel's location right beside the Termini station made it extremely convenient for us to catch our train to the airport. We were able to easily walk to the station without any hassle. the hotel is located in a relatively busy area with lots of small shops, making it convenient for us to pick up snacks and drinks whenever needed.

The room cleaning was not up to par, as the floor wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

I liked the nicely furnished and beautifully maintained room with great bathroom and the staff were excellent. The location was realy good and perfect - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. In Ristorante Vittoria, located nearby I had Chinese meals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, providing us with a map of the city and recommendations on public transportation, main tourist attractions, and nearby dining options. The room and bathroom were clean, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The hotel's location near Termini station made it easy to access rail lines and explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast prepared by Nancy was freshly made and delicious.

Reasonably clean hotel, and the staff were extremely helpful, location was magnificent near a train station. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Good service was provided here. The stay was fine.

this stay at caracciolo was amazing! the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay in rome unforgettable. they helped us with everything we needed, from fixing the wifi to recommending a fantastic local restaurant for dinner. it's safe to say our experience would not have been the same without their assistance.

We liked everything. Nice localisation: 7min walk from Roma Termini train station, 5 min walk to Vittorio Emanuelle Metro Station, 20 mins. to Colloseum. Room was nice, receptionists were nice and helpful (they knew English well enough). Good breakfast, clean room, good bed.
