location: the hotel was very close to therefore was convenient to go around the city as well as central train station. good service, although a few employees were not very friendly.

The setting was very very poor.

The rooms at Hotel Capri are simply furnished but cozy and comfortable. I loved the free WiFi, it made it easy for me to stay connected with my friends and family. The 24-hour front desk was also a plus, as I could easily get assistance whenever I needed it. the rooms provided all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared external bathroom in the single rooms. However, I understand that some people might still find it convenient.

The location was fire, just a few blocks from the train station. We were able to hit up the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps on foot, and even made it to the Fountain of Trevor. The hotel was fresh, all newly renovated and super clean. Shout out to Francesca for being hella nice and hooking us up! It was perfect for us young party-goers!

The only thing that was a bummer for us was that there wasn't a cool hangout spot or bar at the hotel. We were looking to meet some other young travelers and have a good time, but ended up having to venture out for the party scene.

easy location, just two blocks from the Termini Station

1. the staff at the hotel is unfriendly, sometimes rude; 2. There is not cooling facility in the room, could be super hot in summer; 3. the door closed before midnight, after that you will have to ring the bell; 4. it does not allow you to leave your baggage after check-out.

It's near the station, so it's ok if you need a place to spend a night somewhere.

It looks quite poor, no air conditioning, wifi didn't work and the breakfast is not a real breakfast :)

Our hotel was in a convenient location, near a train station. The room turned out to be modest and spotless with good WiFi, shared bathroom and an air conditioner.

The hotel was located just next door to many metros nearby, and train station and lots of restaurants. The room with shared bathroom. It included climate control, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The location was great for me, to Termini. The whole experience was awesome.

I booked this hotel last minute due to a delayed flight and was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff, especially Francesca, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Despite the low water pressure in the shower, it was still a fantastic experience overall. And all of this for an unbelievable value.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accomadating.

It took 10 minutes for the hot water system to heat up. If anyone else in the area was having a shower the pressure of the water was nil. The berakfast was very basic. The decor needs a major upgrading. The window shutters were broken and there was see through curtains in which you could see the neighbours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the railway station and public transport. It was easy to get to from the airport, with a straight train leaving just three blocks away. The hotel was recently renovated, so everything felt brand new and clean. The staff, especially Francesca, were very sweet and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The best for this hotel Capri was near place of location from Termini rail station and Metro Termini, also near from supermarket "Conad"

Missing of air conditioner.

The room was super close to transportation, allowing for easy and quick access to explore the city! The staff was incredibly kind in letting us store our bags after check out, giving us extra hours of enjoyment. The room was satisfactorily clean and the beds were mind-blowingly comfortable. The location was jaw-droppingly great, being near the central train station and metro. The staff was friendly, providing excellent service day or night.

clean rooms and recently renovated. Great location - just 3 blocks away from the train station making it easy to explore. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Also - they organized a lovely surprise for our honeymoon with flowers and prosecco.
