Very nice staff! Close to the beach. I did not try the pool and sauna, just because I was lucky to have very good weather so I spent most of the time on the beach.
A bit too noisy street on the side where we had the suite.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a Christmas getaway. It was conveniently located near the city center and had many attractions and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and provided a warm and comfortable atmosphere, which was great during the winter season. the hotel offered amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and pool table, which added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
The coffee was the worst I've had in years, and there was a lack of variety in the food options. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast experience was a letdown.

The hotel is very well located , in the city centre and closed to the beach, clean, spacious rooms etc; but above all, the staff is excellent, polite, warm, accomodating, helpful; I cannot praise them enough

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing luggage storage for the day and organising a taxi to the airport where the driver used his meter (which seems to be a rarety)
On arriving I spent the first 30 minutes swatting the flies in the room with a towel (great fun but not what you expect!). The air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the temperature in the room down, that and the bed having blankets and very stiff sheets made for an uncomfortable night. Breakfast was very poor with leftovers seeming to be all that was on the buffet and cold coffee!

Located conveniently close to the city centre, this hotel was perfect for my business trip. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, both of which were great additions to my stay.

We found the room 5 days before in a valuable price. Wide variety of breakfast, also good for vegetarians. Non-stop shops and nice restaurants nearby. The beach is also close, however, at this part of the sea the beach is a little bit dirty/smelly.
We received a clean room but the staff did not clean it every day. The lightning in the bathroom is poor. If you want to hang out in Mamaia, this hotel is a bit far for that (you can still take the public transportation).

Generally everything was ok. Some minor defects in room and furniture/room equipment, but it could have been worse. It is not very easy to find a very decent hotel in Constanta in this price class. I have tried some.
Breakfast could have been better, has been a little spartanic. Pool was actually not very inviting.
