  Location, rooms, courtesy

  We booked through the web this nice 4 stars hotel. The location is good, even if it's not close to the Duomo area, it is a very safety and elegant area. We had good shopping arounf the hotel. The subway is just few step away and in 5 minutes you are at the duomo. The hotel is classical style, but very elegant. Rooms are very nice and fully equipped, including a jacuzzi tab. The morning breakfast was good and included in our rate plan. This hotel I think can match business and leisure traveler needs. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

  Good shops in the area, a fantastic stay and great venue. The staff very helpful and comfortable bed. The toilet seat had a big gouge out of and the best food we had in our trip throughout Italy.

  Very good location, i booked a single room in the hotel - made me a bit concerned and staff was very nice and helpful. Additionally bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great as well.

  Good location and the hotel has a small classical stylish lobby. Friendly English speaking personnel, big room and one nice restaurant close by.

  Very well located and booked this hotel after seeing the good reviews. Additionally staff were professional and arriving in my room I was surprised by the amenities especially for a single room: a perfect bed.

  Location was not that bad at all, finding parking near the hotel was surprisingly easy and the staff was polite and kind. The room was very comfortable and cool, the buffet breakfast was good.
