The staff from start to finish were caring. The room was beautifully maintained and neat, plus the bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom I had was large.

It was an incredibly beautiful hotel in a fairly nice area, not far from all the shows and restaurants, one block to the Hugh Farris Wheel, and surrounding areas. We were moved to a deluxe apartment on the main level. The location was marvellous and incredible, at a medium distance from size wax figures. Stayed in this property for 4 nights and truly enjoyed our choice.

I really enjoyed this stunningly beautiful hotel. The personnel was caring. My room included a kitchen area and a new carpet. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. The location was marvellous, right next to Branson Central Theatre. Further, it was next to restaurants as well as Carriage Place❤

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will come back. Everything was perfect, affable staff, perfect location just next door to fitness center and computers. The food was great with a huge variety of alternatives.

The hotel was located adjacent to all the theaters and the Lake and the attractions and restaurants. Booked deluxe apartment with a sofa bed. I greatly enjoyed that they had it's own balcony, a recliner, and a new carpet.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a pretty nice area, close enough to the activities in the town, and one block from Clay Theater with the Haygoods. All the employees were very very nice and courteous. Also, location was marvellous, not too far from life-size wax figures. We had a great experience.

Helpful staff and ideal location in a beautiful setting, everything was perfect. My room was pet-friendly and beautifully maintained on the main level. Location: the hotel was not far from one block from Clay Theater with the Haygoods. There was dessert restaurant Cherryberry, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.
