  Great reception in the town of Ketchikan, convenient location and the hotel is beautifully built on the mountain side and has huge windows. The lobby area is nice, the staff is vert helpful and the rooms are large and clean. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food good.

  The young lady that picked us up from airport was exceptional, the restaurant had an extensive menu and the quality of food was very good, the employees were friendly and the lobby was charming and clean. The room was simple, clean, and nice, the halibut chips were wonderful.

  Beautiful views, good food, really nice service, great Place To Stay and the lobby is soaring and impressive. Staff is good, friendly.

  The rooms are nice, not as comfortable as some i have had the pleasure of staying in and restaurant is very overpriced.

  Great view from our bedroom window, beautiful Hotel and the lobby area is very nice. The staff is very professional and friendly, the bathrooms are very big.

  The rooms are large, clean and most seem to have a view, a lovely place to spend the night, the front desk is friendly and efficient. The furniture is cheap pressed wood, and minimal, the restaurant is great.

  The room that we stayed in had a view of deer mountain that was gorgeous any time of day and the hotel restaurant food was great. The staff were friendly, the TV was large and had a nice selection, the fish and chips were very good.

  For business would stay at best western and efficient staff. Room was large and clean, the restaurant manager was very helpful making suggestions. Dinner was good.

  Quieter rooms overlooking the water cost more, beautiful food and definately the best choice for supper in Ketchikan. Attractive facility.
