So many excellent options for breakfast, such as toast and cereal. Great and unbeatable location - a short way from a cobbled square.

I was in Cape Town for business and stayed at the hotel for a week. The location was perfect, as it was close to the hospitals, labs, shops, and restaurants I needed to visit. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. Hennie, in particular, stood out as the best. He was always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel had a see-through kitchen, and the restaurant attendants were friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, with a super comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with toiletries that were refilled daily, and a hair dryer and small fridge. I highly recommend this hotel.
I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is neat and spacious with very efficient and particularly helpful staff and a heated pool. Very good value for money for the area. Beautifully maintained and neat rooms. Good eggs, toast and cereal supplied. Absolutely perfect location, walking distance from a historical square. Also - not far from the open markets, the V&A Waterfront the CTICC and Greenmarket Square.

Very friendly staff, very convenient hotel and very, very nice breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Little bit noisy outside, but that was to be expected taking in consideration the location in mid city.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience. The room was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the gardens and situated in a quiet area. Excellent location for exploring the city on foot. Many restaraunts also within easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although room was quite small it was very comfortable.
A chair in the room would have made watching TV more comfortable.

I would rate this as a 2 and a half star hotel. The room was comfortable but poorly lit. Staff were very friendly and excellent. Bathroom could use additional lighting. Great mid-east food bazaar across the road for very inexpensive meals and the location in downtown Cape Town is great - close to many attractions.
More light over the sink in the bathroom would make a big diflference. Not much choice in the hotel restaurant.

I would definitely recommend it as this hotel was very good value for money. The breakfast is great, greatly enjoyed toast and cereal.
Hard to think of anything.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of the city. The prices are very reasonable and the value for money is superb. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ensuring that your needs are met. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are exactly as shown on the website, with a comfortable big bed and even a balcony. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and I appreciated coming back to a tidy space every day. The breakfast served at 10:45 is a highlight, especially for runners like myself, as it included the perfect food to fuel up for the day.
No complaints whatsoever, everything was just perfect.
