I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Amman, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided were excellent. The rooms, located in the middle floors, were spacious and comfortable with twin beds. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious and had a great variety of options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in a crowded area, making it easy to explore the city by taxi.

All was okay.

All the rooms had a really bad smell for the first 30 minutes. We had to turn on the ac to get rid of it. This small was there for our entire trip. There isn't much near by you have to take a taxi every where. Internet was down for 2 days and I am sure it's still down a week later.

The roomservices was very good!

The room is extreemly hot and we couldn't get it cooler. Even with the airco off and the window open. Also the breakfast could have been a bit more international!

The hotel is located in a convenient area near many shops and banks. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city and offers delicious meals at reasonable prices.

The hotel was not clean and the staff were unhelpful. The bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned.

The design. Both the rooms and the hotel itself were of good design relative to the price. I also liked the free wifi.

The hotel was cold throughout. Breakfast, although adequate, could be better.

I liked the location as it is located near to a hospital, supermarket, pharmacy and a restaurant along with the ease of access

The price per room should be less and some of the furniture should be renewed as some were torn! Same breakfast (no variety)

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were happy to assist with any questions I had about transportation or the hotel facilities.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated

Upon arrival, informed the desk about arranging a driver and tour guide, request was not documented and when hotel did arrange for someone to come there was a language barrier with us and the driver. (limited english). Reception was not very receptive at all. No information about the local area, site seeing, historical areas, tourism was available at the hotel. Hotel did not have heat on, in the middle of winter hard to fathom, especially when workers are where coats inside the hotel. It took maintenance 11am til 930pm to fix heat.

The interior design only.

The room was flooded at 0400 hrs in the morning from the sealing. Water has been gathered on the roof due to the slight rain during the previous day.Our bed & clothes have been all wet.We have been replaced into another room. The next day the lift was not operating and we walked out through the stairs with our nighties. It was amasing experience.

I recently had a one-night stay at this hotel and overall, it provided a good experience. I was impressed by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the hotel offered basic amenities and breakfast included in the package, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces, providing attentive service throughout my stay.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Very good hotel, near the 4th circle. Practical if you have a car and want to avoid the traffic of central Amman. Nice and interesting design and quite modern. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

Due to winter they switched off the Air Conditioner and turn it on heater so my trip sucks in hotel. I feel so hot inside the room and outside is better... Other than that everything is fine
