The staff and the cleanliness of the property. The location was pretty good as well.
It still needs polishing as it feels very slightly rough around the edges and basic.

The walk down (once we found it) the roman road was lovely to the souk, citidel, ancient city ruins and the port.

Stayed here in June and would highly recommend this place. Comfortable beds, good view, good variety for breakfast, excellent friendly service, short walk to center and main city attractions, almost all the friendly staff spoke English

Comfortable bed, extremely clean room, excellent view of the Mediterranean sea, good variety for breakfast, short walk to the city center and attractions. Look for Cynthia, she is very helpful and has a wonderful smiley face. Many restaurants nearby, good prices too.

The only nice thing about the hotel is the view from the balcony.
I didnt like anything other than the view and will never go there again. It is very dirty and they rarely change your sheets and towels. There isnt even a bottle of water in the bedroom.
