Thank you for a great stay. This hotel is well priced and clean, has good staff and stunning location to international terminal. Its rooms are clean and terrific with a standard bathroom, 3 single beds, free high speed WiFi as advertised. The restaurant serves excellent Western food.

Really excellent base for shopping. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Modern and huge rooms with a tub, free high speed WiFi plus a standard bathroom, flexible staff. Good service, parking near hotel. Location near the Tianjin shopping area and Train station and centre. For tea or coffee visit C'est Tres Bon nearby.

Being located in a shopping complex is certainly a plus, especially if you're up for shopping or want to explore the city's landmarks. The presence of restaurants and food kiosks within the complex makes it convenient to grab a meal in between shopping. the hotel is near the seafood market which means you can enjoy fresh seafood if that is something you love. Rooms are well-furnished with ample amenities including free Wi-Fi. some rooms are even sizeable enough to accommodate an extra bed.

Finding transport to/from the hotel might require a bit more leg power than those with luggage would like, as buses have inconvenient stops.

This hotel is in an amazing location, being connected to the Canal City shopping mall and having plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel facilities are excellent, with clean and spacious rooms, a coin laundry available on our floor for convenience and friendly staff who spoke English and Mandarin. I also appreciated the stable and strong in-room internet connection during my stay.

If you want to shop is a good place to stay. It is right inside the shopping mall.

It is 10 minutes away from Hakata station. You can walk, if you are not tired. A taxi costs about 900 yen. Ah, I also found that there is a bus for 100 yen----I found too late tough.

What I liked most is its accessibility - to places of interests, eatery and how easy it was to move around (be it walking, bus and taxi) and get items for grocery and hang out at the nearby cafe..etc. I also must commend the staff, especially the front desk lady with long hair (I unfortunately did not get her name) who spoke English and went beyond to help me out. When another personnel said that the English version of a brochure was out, she came running to the lift (when I was about to enter) and handed me an old booklet - it was English and despite being an old issue, it indeed helped a lot! It was in general a comfortable stay and I would not mind making my way to the hotel again should I make another visit to Fukuoka.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time during our stay in Fukuoka. We appreciated the free WiFi and breakfast voucher. The hotel was in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the lounge area where we could sit and relax. we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small for two people and the bed was not large enough for us. We felt cramped and uncomfortable during our stay.

It is very convenient to get to city, Tenshin and all the major shopping malls and city centres and the Marino Outlet shopping malls. The bus loop service is value for money too - Yen100 to drop anywhere along the loop service. Room is very clean and the single bed for one person is big and comfortable. This Hotel's free Wi-fi service at their Reception area is very useful to keep in touch with family members and my business. Ms Penny Ng, frequent traveller.

Staff cannot understand/speak English. Fortunately I can speak some Japanese, enough for them to understand (with some hand gesture!!). Room abit small but if the bed is smaller then the room would not be so crammed. Penny Ng, frequent traveller.

A-location. Located inside the Canal City mall, there even is an entrance from the mall straight into the hotel via the b1 floor. It's about a 10 minute walk from the jr Hakata station, and about a 10 minute walk to Tenjin. Staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable, too.

The room was dirty. The curtains were ripped, and there were gross stains in the carpet. Also, the badroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while (very dusty). The window frame was moldy. Another thing I didn't like was the fact that there was an aweful noise from the fountains in the mall (there a fountain show every hour) - especially in the morning when you're trying to sleep in a bit, but you get woken up by the fountain's music.

The location of this hotel is just perfect for those who want to be right in the heart of the action. It is situated right at the mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Additionally, the hotel is in the Canal City shopping center, ensuring that you have everything you need right at your doorstep.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were excellent.

Clean units with shower and free high speed WiFi, for example, and lovely staff. Favourable and amazing location, near a folk museum. Walking distance to a convenience store and a large shopping mall across the street.
